COVID-19 Update: We are running business as usual and all UK orders placed between Monday-Friday before 4:30pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day. There may be a slight delay in delivery, due to staff availability at the couriers. Next day delivery is still available as an option, but is not guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment for all products are made via Paypal. You can pay with your credit or debit card. You may also use your Paypal account if you wish to do so.

When will you take payment for my order?
Payment is taken via Paypal and the funds will be taken at the time of order

I have a pending payment with Paypal. What happens now?
As soon as Paypal release the funds for payment, we will proceed with your order and send it out to you.

You have charged my Paypal account twice. What do I do?
Paypal transactions go through two processes so although sometimes it may look as if you have been charged twice, don’t worry, you haven’t. If you still have any concerns, please let us know and we’ll investigate for you.

Why doesn’t my discount code work?
We accept a variety of discount codes but not all of the ones that you may find on the internet are valid on our site and some may have expired. Also, only one code may be used at any one time and not in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Can I send a cheque?
Sorry, we do not accept payments by cheque.

Can I pay for an order over the phone?
No, all orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or email.

How do I enter a promotional code?
At the checkout, next to your total, there is a ‘Discount Code’ input box. Enter your promotional code here. By clicking ‘Apply’, you will activate the promotional code and the discount will be applied to your order. If the promotional code does not apply, please check the terms & conditions of the promotion and ensure the items you have selected are included in the promotion.
