COVID-19 Update: We are running business as usual and all UK orders placed between Monday-Friday before 4:30pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day. There may be a slight delay in delivery, due to staff availability at the couriers. Next day delivery is still available as an option, but is not guaranteed.

How can I pay for an online order?
Payment for all products is made via PayPal. You can pay with your credit or debit card. You may also use your PayPal account if you wish to do so.

Do I need to set up an account?
You are not required to create an account to place an order with us.

How do I set up an account?
You can create an account by clicking the ‘Create An Account’ option at the top of your screen and entering your details.

By creating an account, you can access the following:
• Your order status
• Your order history
• Manage your addresses

Can I confirm if my order was successfully placed?
If you are a registered customer, you can log into your Account and check your order status.

If you do not have an account, we will keep you updated via email.

How do I find my order number?
You will receive this in your order acknowledgement email and all further email contact from TopsTools which relate to this order.
If you are a registered customer, it will be visible in the “View Orders” section in your Account.

How do I cancel my order?
Due to the quick turnaround of orders we are unable to cancel or amend an order, upon customer request, once it has been placed. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it.

Can I pay for an order over the phone?
No, all orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by phone or email.

How do I enter a promotional code?
At the checkout, next to your total, there is a ‘Discount Code’ input box. Enter your promotional code here. By clicking ‘Apply’, you will activate the promotional code and the discount will be applied to your order. If the promotional code does not apply, please check the terms & conditions of the promotion and ensure the items you have selected are included in the promotion.

I have placed an order, will I receive an email to confirm my order has been received?
Yes, once you place an order, you will instantly receive an automated email confirming that your order has been received. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase is not complete until the order has been dispatched to you.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam / junk mail. If you still cannot find this email, the most common reason for this is due to the incorrect email address being entered at the checkout.

My order should be delivered for free, why I am still being charged delivery?
Free Delivery applies to all orders within the UK, excluding orders with large bulky items.

Large bulky items are typically products that weigh over 30kg. However some items may be classed as large or bulky items even if they weigh less than 30kg due to the products dimensions. Should free delivery not apply to your order you will see the shipping cost displayed.

Shipping Charges For Large Bulky Items:
Depending on the size and weight of these items, shipping charges vary from £5.95 to £49.99.

You will be notified of the shipping charge at the checkout.
